Sonera is harmonizing the pricing scheme for its business billing services as of August 1, 2011. For some services, prices will go down and for some, they will slightly increase. Some previously toll-free one-off transactions by the Sonera Customer Service will become subject to a charge. You can order various transactions free of charge as self-service using Sonera’s administration tools or at www.sonera.fi/yhteydenotto.

Harmonizing the prices for business billing services simplifies service use.  Our many billing services support business operations, provide additional information of bill content and facilitate and accelerate bill processing.

The changes apply to new agreements and old agreements that are subject to the general delivery terms and/or price lists.  Sonera has informed its corporate customers of this change on bills sent after July 2011.  

For the old and new prices for Sonera business billing services, please see the table below. The prices in the table are listed exclusive of VAT. The hourly rates are based on Sonera’s valid price list for man-hour work.
